All the MX Series models help guide you in finding out what kind of plan you need - if you even need any. Our HACCP portal helped thousands of operations to develop a plan.
Each MX model has automated data and temp-logging HACCP compliance. Prompts for sanitation and SOP, and K-type probe port. Access data logs via bluetooth or USB.
The MX Series has a built-in labeling process. Conforming with HACCP regulation, updated via your WiFi. Optional external printer via bluetooth or USB port.
