Shrub Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Loose High Quality Earl Gray Tea
2.5 Cups White Wine Vinegar
I Cup White Granulated Sugar

Vessel used: Rigid vacuum container
*Used dried herbs spice infusion (MX5)
Shrub Process:
Combine Sugar and vinegar in a bowl. This to combine till sugar is mostly dissolved. Transfer to a vacuum container and add the loose tea. Cover and process in the vacuum sealer.
